Description

The Ethiopian is called ‘Wush Wush’. The tasting notes indicate that it is like a sangria wine, fruit bomb, with a hint of floral and a sweet finish. Giving the blend a fermented aroma that is sweet like berries.

Processing:           Natural, 96 hour dry

Elevation:               2100-2300 MASL (Meters Above Sea Level)

Variety:                    Wush Wush

The Jamaican Blue on the other hand tastes like a mild cocoa with salted nut flavors with mellow acidity. This bean brings smoothness when blended with the ‘Wush Wush’ for a really comfortable drinking experience.
